Half Dozen Donuts ,do those STRAWBERRY heart shaped donuts look like BOSTON CREME to anyone?! Hey DD, YOU do NOT get to decide my donut choices. Getting refunds for those  NOT Boston Cremes. Apple Fritters were good, but not fresh. Ham & Swiss Pretzel Slider were ok, need more meat/cheese/mustard.

They wouldn't give me my pickup order through the drive-thru, so I had to go inside to show them it was a pickup, and then they tried to argue it was a delivery. They really need to work on their customer service.

Even when I went to pick up my order the staff were incredibly unhelpful. I gave my name, said it was me, showed them my order from the app, and they still said, "This isn't your order." They didn't even know what was going on, and I was the one who ended up in a bad situation
