Holy cow, that was delicious! I had the Quesatacos and a side of Rice & Beans. Both were incredibly flavorful. My daughter had a good ol Bean & Cheese Burrito and loved it. I might even venture to say this is one of my favorite Mexican meals I've had in the Gresham area. Nice work!

El Jefe is quickly becoming a favorite. Their birria is delicious. Green and Red sauce amazing. The best in my opinion is the Quesabirria 12 inch. And the Horchata? DELICIOUS. I used to go to victorios when I first moved here, can't believe myself. This place is worth every penny and then some. Made with love y'all.

The quesabirria and the tacos are delicious! Both come with fresh radish and carrot slices and lime. I ordered steak, al pastor, and chicken, and the meats were tender and flavorful. El Jefe has definitely been added to my Favorites.

Absolutely delicious and well-balanced! Bursting with flavor and a perfect choice for gluten-free friends. Generous portions—definitely more than enough food. The beans were super tasty, and the meat came out hot and juicy. This is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving birria!

First time trying Quesabirria 12 inch and it was excellent! The Bowl was very good, will try it with pork next time. Portions were enough for the two of us for 2 nights. Nicely packed, very appealing and fresh-looking and ditto the taste & texture, like right off the grill. The Quesabirria heated up in air fryer perfectly the 2nd night and ditto the bowl in microwave (removed avocado first). Pleased to know about this venue and these dishes.
