This is my go to place for my comfort food. The minus meat is my absolute favorite stuffed full of veggies on a perfectly buttered bread. It makes me so happy every time. The staff knows not to make it too greasy for me and to stuff it full. It’s always a reliable sandwich that leaves me very satisfied. It’s perfect in every way. I couldn’t ask for a better local eatery than the Fallbrook Café.

My Minus Meat was outstanding as usual. The kitchen/chefs always follow & exceed my expectations (stuffed full of vegetables & not too greasy). And I really appreciated the pickles! My favorite place in Fallbrook and I'm glad to be here.
And my delivery person was so sweet and personable. It was an added pleasure. THANK YOU & HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone. Thank you for being open today.

the Minus Meat is totally satisfying.
they stuffed it with tons of veggies and the lightly fried bread added the perfect amount of "dressing". the veggies and the fruit I chose was fresh, and sweet, as always.
completely satisfying & happy to have them in my delivery area.

Can't say enough good.My Minus Meat is a huge sandwich not only because it's stuffed full of fresh veggies (and oh that cheese!) but because the bread itself is huge and pan-fried to a crispy perfection. So satisfying.

I’m new to Fallbrook and I love this cafe. The “no meat” sandwich is huge (thank you, guys) and everything I ordered for everyone else was totally enjoyed. Delivery is so nice and quick and the drivers very nice.
