Missing item from order. Was given credit for less than what I paid for. Support was impossible to reach. Sub was good.

The sandwiches were typical Firehouse good but the amount of meat and toppings were lacking. Two large subs and the meat didn't even reach the end of the bread. Seamed like a medium on large bread.

The store failed to put Chips in the bag as ordered. If o could rate on a scale I'd rate it 1 out of 5. Poor service and an uncorrectable error.

The Hook a Ladder never misses. The potato soup was good but just a little too thick for my liking.
