Grit & Grind Cafe is truly a hidden gem! This local spot deserves more attention. The food is fresh, the portions are generous, and you can tell they care about quality. The bacon is always crispy, the scrambled eggs fluffy and perfectly seasoned. The conecuh sausage is tasty and the fruit is fresh. Everything is always delicious. I've ordered the Classic Breakfast three times in the last two days. I also can't get enough of their Freshly Brewed Drinks (lemonade).

They always get it right! Everything is delicious! 3 Bacon is crispy! Freshly Brewed Drinks is yummy. Brown Sugar Oatmeal and Shrimp & Grits is the best! This restaurant is a hidden gem in Phenix City.

This was definitely the best food I have eaten in a long time. The catfish, ocra, grits, and tomato gravy was amazing, and it came with conecuh sausage! The best biscuit I've ever had, and everything was hot and fresh! The perfect portion as well! I will definitely be ordering again! I would post pictures but I ate it all!

Shrimp & Grits is always delicious! Best flavors ever and large portions! I order it every single time and it just keeps getting better! Brown Sugar Oatmeal is also really good! I add strawberries and blueberries. Yum! This place is definitely a hidden gem. I always forget to take pictures of the food because I'm too busy stuffing my face.
