I don't expect sandwiches to look like the overstuffed pictures in the descriptions. I do, however, expect enough contents to cover the bun. The Philly Cheesesteak didn't come close to meeting that mark. The three inches in the middle that had the biggest concentration of filling was good. The rest was simply dry bread. It was an overpriced disappointment.

Drinks tasted like they had too much syrup in them. As usual, half of the large Seasoned Curly Fries were missing. They didn't hardly wrap our burgers (Build Your Own Munchie Meal) in paper at all & didn't close up/fold up the bag with the large Seasoned Curly Fries in it. The large Seasoned Curly Fries were super greasy, way more than usual. There was barely any onions, pickles & lettuce at all.

Drink lid wouldn't stay down & diet coke was going everywhere, even all over my new t-shirt. But the food was really good, especially the burger. And the Build Your Own Munchie Meal is a great value. Love the Seasoned Curly Fries as well.

Grilled Chicken Sandwich was honestly the best fast food grilled chicken I've had -- hot, fresh and tasty. And the Chocolate Overload™ Cake was to die for! A great night at Jack's.
