I've had the Chicken Finger Sub 12" before and it was loaded and delicious. This time there was barely enough chicken to get a bit in each bite. The tomato and lettuce were sparse while there were too many onions.

Lg Beef Taco shell was a lititle hard and braking, not wrapped well, very sloppy. Meat tasted old.
Philly Fries was great justthe portion was very small.
this is the first time this happene, would sill order again, it's usually better tasting.

Fries weren't even cooked fully, the Diavlo 12" had paper rolled into the sub which got stuck to the meat and cheese. For $16 I expect the sub to be delicious and not have to deal with this type of issue. I won't be ordering from Jim's, they've gone way down hill...

Tuna Sub 12" is good, they definitely load up the tuna. it would've been better with lettuce imo but I guess that just means I have to hit the extra lettuce button lmao not too heavy on sauces too overall id absolutely order it again
