Chips were cold and hard like they were cooked hours ago. Chicken also cold and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. I think Pakuranga KFC needs to seriously sort its staff out. I've never had a good meal from this branch

Staff just stand around and talking. Was waiting for them for 5 mins to entertain me, none did anything. When asked about the order. They hesitated to give me the order even after showing them the order receipt. Worst customer service

Dinner for 2 chicken was only Luke warm and all 6 pieces were small and scrawny. disappointing 😞
