Chicken sandwich was old, dry, and grissel-y. Fries were OLD OLD- Dry, stale, mushy and just straight up disgusting. The tea is super old and tastes terrible. No honey with the biscuits. No straw or silverware.

The chicken didn't taste fresh. I asked for original and got a mix of original and crispy chicken.
I felt like they gave me left over chicken. Was disappointed and they also didn't give me Hot Sauce when I asked for some. The biscuits were also hard and not fresh.

I had to wait 30 more minutes when they told me my order was ready on the app. I had to go in the store and ask if my order was ready and the worker told me she hasn't put my tenders to cook yet and I had to wait 10 more minutes and it wasn't even fresh when I got it. There was barely any customers too.

Absolutely the worst KFC that I've ever had; we got two 4 piece combos which were not cheap and every piece of chicken was dry and obviously old. Very disappointed.
