the chicken nuggets werecold and very old. they were rubber tasting.could not eat them.
the big Mac buns was very hard around the edges. and the meat patties were coold in the middle. this is not the first time the food has been like this. management needs to get the employees together and fix the issues.

Last week I ordered door dash and wanted as part of my order a biscuit and gray platter. Got a biscuit and gravy with one biscuit. Not a platter. Today as part of my order I wanted three extra hash browns. Didn't get the one with the breakfast platter or the three extra hash browns.

This is the THIRD time they have messed our order up TREMENDOUSLY. The bag was sealed BY McDonalds with the receipt taped on and the same "manager" told me every time to call Door Dash. IT IS MCDONALDS FAULT. DoorDash picked up the order bagged and taped by the restaurant. It's not Door Dash's responsibility to make sure the items in the bag are correct when they're TAPED BY MCDONALDS! Shame on you GLADES RD MCDONALDS! You have a HORRIBLE, rude manager! The frappe and McFlurry were missing.
