New Chicken Strips were undercooked. Had to throw order away. This McDonalds has very poor quality control. Almost always missing straws, napkins and utensils. This McDonalds is in need of better training and management.

The Spicy Snack Wrap® and Ranch Snack Wrap® were not good. It's not the stores fault so I did t want to give a thumbs down. The texture of the chicken just made it impossible to eat. It was stringy and I couldn't bite through it.
I was bummed because the old snack wraps were solid.

They forgot to include part of the order. In my experience, this frequently happens at this location. (I am hesitant to order from this specific store but it is the closest location.) The biscuit is very dry and falls apart before you even open the wrapper. Fortunately, of the items that were received, it still tasted good overall.

This location is always trash. Regardless if DoorDash or drive thru they never get your order correct. They need leadership.

Orange juice was the wrong size and tasted like water. I would not order the orange juice again but everything else was good.
