delicious sandwich and perfect fries. I'm upset because every time I order a caramel flavored MOCHA, I end up receiving a caramel macchiato. please explain the difference to the crew.

I don't know what happened. This is my go to store . I've been going here for years. But lately the quality of food has gotten bad. I don't know if it's a new manager that's making the crew upset? They're not making food the way it should be. I don't care how long it takes to make my food as long as it looks and tastes good. But I know management will push speed over any concerns with employees stress levels. My Quarter Pounder® with Cheese Deluxe Meal had about 10 pickles on it like they just grabbed a bunch and threw them on there sloppily. I didn't ask for extra pickles so because of that my burger was soggy. I don't want to complain but this is my money that's being wasted and that upsets me. I've worked fast food before and I know it can get stressful but you never take it out on your customers food.

It's not like the favorite nuggets that I ordered before, very dry, not tasty. It's different from nuggets that I love from McDonald's and the burger is also dry.
