The tomato on my Daily Double® was rotten and smelled like fish. The dr. Dr Pepper® was actually bad tasting coke. And the fries were the wrong size. The saving grace is that this is the first time this McDonald's has messed up so terribly. I will give them another shot in about a month- definitely not anytime soon.

I am normally pleased with my McDonald's orders the delivery people are courteous and professional, and always timely. This particular time when I received my quarter pounder with cheese, the cheese did not look fresh, and the burger was on the dark side. It can almost pass for a burger that was sitting out and perhaps microwaved and sent to me or maybe because of the lateness of the order I got a burger that had been sitting out anyway just wanted to make you aware of it because I normally do not have problems with my food from McDonald's. however, I want to let you know the delivery person was courteous, timely, and friendly , And my order was complete . Only problem was with the quarter pounder with cheese thank you for your time

My packaging was ruined the sealed bag was fine but the burger was extremely sloppy and wrong. The freshness of the entire order tasted like it was made yesterday. Very much on the side of not ordering again from this McDonald's

Everything was bad, the tea was bitter and the fries/nuggets were unsalted. Don't know what that crew was doing Thursday night.

About once a year I get an an egg McMuffin and pancakes delivered. It was fast, very very hot, and fresh. The driver was respectful and follow directions. The store always has great customer service. I don't go very often but I have been going for 16 years for coffee, an ice cream, maybe a burger if I have someone with me. The orders are always perfect.
