Very hard fries and nuggets we couldn't even it I work at a McDonald's and this kind off things is not ok

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Do not order from this place unless you're willing to settle for a partial refund when they inevitably forget something. Their fries are always undersalted, nuggets overcooked and the staff dont remember to add condiments to sandwiches. It's the worst McDonalds in the area.

In my order, I requested a caramel frappé added to the Big Mac combo for an extra $3.19, but they sent me a Coca-Cola instead without consulting me or giving me a refund for the added frappé.
