Hotcakes and Sausage + Scrambled Eggs -- The hotcakes and sausage were great, but the packaging wasn't done with care. The (plastic) tray they were in was on it's side -- thankfully the top was secure and didn't come off. The eggs were very greasy, and stuck to the lid of the (cardboard) container labeled 'McCrispy Strips' and packaged on it's end. It doesn't really matter what it's labeled, but I was a bit confused when I opened the bag and saw it. I should have made a pic inside the bag. Maybe staff was rushed or inexperienced. Just reviewing as requested.

Everything was great, they followed my instructions, my burgers had the right toppings, my fries were properly salted and still warm. My only issue it that I didn't get my Sweet N Sour Dipping Sauce. Other than that it was great. Best experience on here I've had so far.

Tonight we got the 20 piece McNuggets, the 13 cookie tote, the Quarter Pounder with Cheese Deluxe combo (special ordered) and everything was awesome!!!!! The nuggets were crisp but not dry or overcooked. The Quarter Pounder had the exact ingredients on it that I requested and it was very, very good!!!!! We also got a large coke and a pineapple/mango smoothie (one of my faves). Everything was hot and fresh. Kudo's to our dasher, he was by far one of the most polite people I have met in a while and that's saying a lot since all of our dasher's have been awesome people so thanks to everyone, our meal was great!!!!

Fries weren't even cooked, beyond soggy and still soaked in grease. Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal was literally almost black from sitting on a rack, as evidenced as well by the pickles that were completely dried out. I would have seen the food before the order, I wouldn't spend a dollar on it

Everything was fine except the fries. Rarely do I get fries that aren't limp and look like they've even been in the fryer for more than a minute. Your fries used to be good but now they are just disappointing. Do better!
