The bread for the Big Mac was stale and a little hard. This made it very hard to enjoy and not worth the $20 I paid for the meal.

by the time the drinks were received everything in the bag was wet to include the straws. I paid for extra whipped cream and caramel and it seems as though all of that seem to have leaked out into the bag.

the smoothie and sandwich was decent however, the fries were cold and hard. Didn't even eat the rest. gotta do better with service in general.

Iced Caramel Coffee came open they did close the lid carefully and it spilled also they made it wrong the put almost the whole bottle of caramel on it
The Premium Roast Coffee is water down taste nothing like coffee
