I love their cookies but they get hard fast, so when they put them all together in an open air box, first they lump together and turn into a hard lump... fast. It was a waste of money, that Ireally dont have!

STOP using tiny bags! Everything becomes smashed together, the sandwich is nothing but grease from being smashed the cookies are also smashed together and broken up to crumbs in some places! This is my third time mentioning this issue, if I have to I'll go to both DoorDash and your management/owners if it happens again.
