Literally the best in West Memphis my food was hot and fresh just like I requested it to be. My Sausage McM® with Egguffin was so juicy. Everything about my order was perfect. Down to the grill team and service. My bag sealed closed perfectly and it wasn't already opened. I would most definitely order again.

the sprites was watered down
my chicken sandwich wasn't spicy like it was supposed to be
they cheated me out of my two large fries and gave me to small ones
i normally don't have a problem with them but today i was very disappointing

My oven went out at the last minute so I resulted to a late night order. I did not receive the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich nor the 13 Cookie Tote. The McCrispy sandwich was super overcooked and not edible. The workers itself would not eat this so why serve it to customers. Pay more attention when you are bagging items.

I gave two stars on this particular order because my food was cold the fries and my sandwich literally looked like someone just mashed it with their bare palm before wrapping it up. The fries were old and my smushed sandwich was very mediocre tasting. I've seen better from McDonald's and worse so I won't give zero stars or 5 I feel two is perfectly fair for the service and food I received.
