Whoever is making the biscuits currently needs to stop. Mine today would not stay together, could not be picked up as it fell in pieces, and the other was burnt. Two days in a row. Normally, they are phenomenal but I'm not gonna pay 15.00 to have food I can't eat. They need to step it up.

Whoever is making the biscuits now isn't doing it the same way. There's too much flour, the insides are not done and they do not taste like McDonald's biscuits anymore.

Whoever is on Ranch Snack Wrap® /food assembly duty tody needs to be fired. I get its fast food but the wrap was not folded at the bottom and I go one tiny chicken finger in each that did not cover half of the wrap. These wraps are almost 5 dollars a piece and I basically paid for Ranch and bread. awful

Delivered sealed, fresh and warm. Other fast food places here don't package their food well like McDonald's. I give them A++

fries were a little better than my last order. burgers were good. got a Frozen drink, but not the one I had asked for (with refund instructions if unavailable). 3 Half Strips Bacon could have been done a bit longer, but ok.
