• 4/1/25The delicousPenny's Classic (Sandwich Combo) is so good the bun is perfect and soft and has a sweet kick! The crispy chicken isnt dry or too moist its just perfect the pickles and coleslaw just tops it off making it so enjoyable. Cant forget the comeback sauce toooooooo good. (I even got a extra dipping sauce which gave me 2 extra) The waffle fries are just scrumptious with the comeback sauce and a crispy soft fry with that burger nothing beats it. The portions are perfect and fills you up I even had leftovers. I COULD NOT recommend another chicken burger place more Pennys Hot Chicken!! I am not even exaggerating this review go try this ASAP

• 4/15/26Best Hot Chicken Sandwich in all of KW. Flavour is excellent, not just the chicken, but the toppings as well - they complement the chicken perfectly. Waffle fries were crunchy and delicious also. Portion size is also well worth the value - got two meals out of one sandwich combo. Would highly recommend.

• 7/11/24It was fine but I don't think they even looked at my notes as it appears none of what i wanted was followed. Second, parts of chicken slightly rubbery/undercooked with punish hue. Overall, was ok. Crispy waffle fries and the box is filled well. Next time I'll go in person.

• 3/7/24Amazing, perfectly followed special instructions, huge portions that easily make this combo two meals (I will not able to finish this in one sitting), had a great deal when I bought it, and easily worth the money regardless. Love the white tender meat option, the comeback sauce is very tasty, and I now have an appreciation for waffle fries! Fellow students this is the place to go when needing a big meal
