it was very average tasting. WAY too expensive. chicken sandwich was salty for some reason, maybe bc i got extra herb mayonnaise. the fries were almost seven dollars and the portion wasn't even the size of my palm. i'm 5'3" ... the cheese was an extra dollar and some change and it didn't even cover all of the fries, just the fries in the middle. it didn't taste bad, but it was not worth the price AT ALL.

Everything but the hot dog was decent. Hot dog has good quality but was prepared poorly, and was not made to order. Looked and tasted like it was sitting on the flat top for hours before served to me. Also this was a pickup order that I had to wait for about 15 additional minutes even after being notified it's ready for pickup. Needs better management

I ate it and the Boba pearls had very good texture with them and it's very good and also for the cheese fries they are very good and highly recommend

Shakes were good, though a bit overspun, cookies and cream was so spun up it looked like chocolate . Definitely could come covered with tabs to prevent tampering. Other shacks do this for delivering , but my dasher was great - on the plus side. ShackBurger was more salty than I remember ( probably from being overly salted on the grill) and i kinda like em that way lol, but be warned not for anyone with hypertension or an aversion to salt . On top of that , they only use American cheese so yk.
All in all the quality of the ingredients (minus the cheese) was great as always. The quality of this shack leaves something to be desired. This place is new to the neighborhood so I hope they'll get better.

The Shack Stack's fried mushroom was inedible! The Fries were a bit under cooked and the bacon on the SmokeShack was also under cooked! I had to brown the bacon in my frying pan before eating!!! The Chicken Shack, Cheese Fries and Hand-Spun Shakes were good!
