Love, love, love! I ordered the strawberry acai and it was crisp and beautiful! Loved it so much, totally quenched my thirst. I was also very hungry, so I ordered the crispy grilled cheese and oh my! So good. I thought the drink would be slightly watered down and the grilled cheese slightly cold when it arrived, but no! Both items were absolutely perfect. I don't know how Starbucks does it! You guys never disappoint me! Thanks for everything.

Usually the drinks are on point, but I keep getting an Iced Matcha Latte that has no ice, even though I didn't ask for no ice, and it is nasty. It has happened twice now, and one time it was even on the instructions on the cup even though it was not listed on my Doordash order that way. I am baffled as to why it has happened multiple times.

The baguette was sooo old tasting, bread was old tasting and very chewy. Plus my order was extremely late! No reason for me taking a picture because I don't ever have problems with past orders

I ordered the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha but I asked for 2% milk. This looks like it doesnt have any matcha and I honestly can't tell what it is. It tastes like it's oatmilk or definitely not 2% and it's really nasty.

Got cream instead of whip cream as I ordered, and barely any at all. Zero honey even tho I ordered 3. Disappointing.
