Highly appreciate how the delivery was packaged! I got one of my regular drinks (Iced Caffè Americano) and a new drink to try (Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha. I was pleasantly surprised by the lavender drink since that's not a flavor I would typically go for but it was a great combination. Both drinks were in good condition once they arrived i.e. not melted.

DO NOT order the Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia you pretty much get a couple tomato chunks between two hard, stale pieces of bread. Save your 7 bucks, honestly. Not worth it

Asked for extra caramel around the cup. There was one tiny line of caramel and thats it. It was not sweet at all as if it had zero vanilla syrup. Had to add sugar and creamer to it. Absolute awful considering my totalwas double the price through door dash.

Every time I order a strawberry açai lemonade refresher it's mostly filled with ice rather than the drink I'm paying 7 dollars for and it always taste different. It taste like pink water very bland waters down almost no lemonade taste. I paid 20 dollars today to have it door dashed to sip on pink ice water it feels like I'm very disappointed in the lack of consistency when making this drink and the overuse of ice when it's the drink that cost money, not the ice

My latte was not as flavorful as it could have been. I barely tasted the caramel, and none of the cinnamon that I had asked for. And by the time I got it, there was no foam or whipped cream on top. Either it had been jostled around so it melted or they did not bother to Make an actual latte with foam and whipped cream.
