Flavors are really good. There is a lot of flavor packed in a small roll. Shrimp Tempura was cold and small, smaller than you'll get from a grocery store but better taste. The "Steamer" Roll was also very small and for a much higher price. I'm not sure this is worth it compared to other Sushi places in the area. Just understand you are paying a premium for taste but it probably won't fill you up.

I ordered 8 rolls and 1 salad they only packed 1 chopstick and 1 soy sauce. The portion were small as well I've gotten sushi from many different places this was by far the smallest and for the price as well. I was missing 2 items door dash did refund but that was someone's dinner. With the small portions and not enough to eat for everyone had to go pick up Chinese

I ordered from Vang's twice, just to confirm the quality. The original rolls (Philly, Shrimp Tempura, California) or pretty small in size. The quality is low, the rolls I make at home are better. I've tried two of the "upscaled" rolls, and I will say they are beautiful. Colorful and vibrant, and they are decorated above most other sushi places for take out. As someone who's grown up on the ocean, I do not think the products smell fresh or of high quality. I threw my cucumber salad away because the smell was unappetizing. I am hoping they can make some changes; the creativity and concept is great.

Very tasty and tasted fresh. Only downside is that the rolls were very small for the price. Very good for a little sushi snack but maybe not for a meal unless you order more.
