this location is way too inconsistent with service, the last few orders ive gotten from this location theyve forgotten things like putting sauce on a patty melt or just forgetting my entire drink. when its good its as good as any other whataburger out there, but im not fond of spending this much money to spin a wheel of actually getting everything i paid for.

Food was cold and overcooked. No ketchup on burger. Hashbrown sticks were overcooked and tortilla was tough. Lettuce on burger was gross. Quality of food was not good.

Meat was dry as can be. Felt like I was eating cardboard tbh, only thing tht was good was the soda even tho it had enough ice to refill the soda machine back up meaning i really only got about 10sips max. Overall yea thang was dry. Soda was full of ice.
