We love Whataburger but our order tonight was horrible. No cheese on either burger, burger patties were burnt on the ends, cold fries, flat soda and got a strawberry shake when we ordered chocolate! What a disappointing way to spend 40 bucks.

Food was good but one order of fries was full while the other two were only filled halfway, which was frustrating because I paid 4 dollars for a third large fry only to really end up with two. Also only got one straw for two drinks.

Ordered the #13 chicken strips, the chicken was overcooked along with the Onion Rings and I didn't receive the fries or any condiments. Really never had a problem until today.

The hamburger meat was really dry. My unsweetened tea looked like brown old tea, like I got the last of it and before I saw that it tasted so badly. Never had a bad experience here....

2 large cups full of ice , cold fries and EXTRA greasy patty melt . ONLY EAT HERE DURING NIGHT SHIFT !!
