"Absolutely loved this keto Mexican bowl! 🌮 It was SO tasty and packed with flavor. We split one meal between my husband and me, and we were both completely full!
I put the bowl mixture into two of my zero-carb tortillas from home, and my husband made baked mozzarella cheese taco shells (just a few carbs) to put his in. Both were absolutely delicious!
One suggestion I’d LOVE to see from the restaurant: maybe offer baked cheese as a bread/tortilla option for sandwiches or tacos! It would be such a great low-carb/keto-friendly addition for customers who are watching their carbs.
