I also ordered Beer-Battered Onion Rings which were overcooked and had to pay extra for a sauce to dip them in. At the restaurant it's complimentary and needs to be so here as well.
I also paid extra to have my order directly to me and yet was still over an hour of wait. Ridiculous!"
