Did not start order until we'd arrived and it took a long time once they started. We'd done this before and for this store, it's a definite 'go in there order' vs being ready for pickup. Not sure how well they'd do on a delivery order, might have dasher standing and waiting. Food was super fresh since it was cooked when we requested it!! Had 2 orders of Small fries and there were a total of 15 half fries in the bag. 8 in one and 7 in the other. Not a big deal since we'd over ordered Krystal burgers but will either get a large order of fries or get onion rings. Onion rings were super. Ketchup in bag and napkins. Generally this restaurant is solid but seems generally under staffed but have always found the workers that are there doing their best to get orders filled"
