"The presentation of my food was on point. I ordered the cole slaw instead of fries and got both which was a welcome surprise. The slaw was creamy not dry which I like and the taste was good. "The Pad Thai was extremely disappointing. There were barely any noodles — it was mostly vegetables — and the flavor was very poor. It didn’t taste fresh or well-prepared.
I also received the wrong item. I ordered one thing and was given Shrimp Shumai instead, which was not good at all.
The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."

"I was very hopeful about this restaurant after my last order(a great mix of chicken and a little less skimportant sides), but this order was back to what this store does too often. Skimpy sides(maybe a tablespoon gravy on the potatoes) and bad order of chicken(it didn't even fill it's section of the container) which included a very small thigh, and wing, and a leg..all that were not Spicy.
