It seems to me it would be common sense to not place hot and cold items in a bag together. No utensils sent with order, even though it was clearly marked I am staying in a hotel. Bag of white bread was included. No butter, garlic, olive oil, or the like was added. Just white bread. And ragu. Very expensive ragu.
