My only complaint on the Brisket Nachos is that the brisket doesn't have a ton of flavor, but overall the nachos were really good and had a ton of flavor as a whole meal, definitely will order again next time I get a nacho craving. "After calling to verify that they had all items that I wanted, I ordered loaded baked Loaded Baked Potato Soup and a small Deluxe Original sandwich without lettuce (the deluxe has extra meat). Schlotzsky's sent broccoli cheese soup and an original (no extra meat) with lettuce and the bread was wet and soggy as if it had been sitting there for a while. This store is awful! I LOVE the Schlotzsky's brand, but the Kaufman store just can't seem to get it right! Doesn't matter if I go through the drive through or DD, my order is rarely correct and the bread lacks the quality that Schlotzsky's used to be known for.
I will say that I was credited $18 of the $25.83 that I paid for the wrong meal that ended up not being edible."

I did not get the gravy on the side which it clearly says on the reciept. When Ipicked up my food, I wasnt greeted by staff. Insteadi stood there at the counter waiting for someone there to acknowledge me while one of the staff was on her cell phone. poor, unprofessional service, a lack of attention to the order and I feel like noone cared"

"For 15 dollars I would expect more from the Greek Gyro Sub. I've gotten a gyro from a genuine Greek restaurant where the meat was piled so high that I had to eat some of it before being able to eat it like a sandwich. This had maybe 1/4 of that meat and was more expensive and came with no sides. I would have been satisfied at 7-8 dollars, but not 15. The Italian Sub was passable, but again too expensive for what it was. The French Fries (add-on side) were undercooked and soggy. The NY Cheescake - Plain was more like cheesecake-flavored whipped cream. There was no density to it at all. I would not order from this place again."
