"I ordered the OG Chili Cheese Fries with ranch. I received the Bigfoot fries. Most of the toppings I really don't like; however, there were some positive notes. All of the toppings were proportionately large, and fresh. The onion bits were everywhere, so if you like onions, this is your go to choice. The beef patty actually had flavor. The tomato had both diced and chunks mixed in. The cuts of polish sausage were big and tasty. My biggest surprise was the dill pickle slices. I never would have thought of adding them to chili, but it's a nice, bright flavor with the meatiness of the dish.
Ironically, the fries and chili were not impressive. The parts of the fries that stick out weren't crispy or even golden. The chili reminded me of the same chili used in any fast food place.

"Oh my goodness! My favorite West Coast restaurant is now called Cali Rays? What? Just my regular day on my lunch break, I was getting my favorite food when I noticed a sign for a new Cali Rays Sourdough Deli at the same place, The staff was incredibly friendly and informed me about the changes. I decided to try my regular order of French dip, my favorite garlic pesto turkey, it was absolutely same freshness with the meat and fresh produce but the meat portion was actually more than I usually used to get it! Also the cashier suggested I try their new Cali Rays sourdough flatbread. I couldn’t resist and went with the suggestion. It was the best! I couldn’t get enough of it and even ordered it later at home! The French dip was made to perfection, just like always. I hope everyone enjoys Cali Rays as much as we all did West Coast! "It's been a few minutes since I've been to a pollo campero. Ive only been to one a few times in SF.
Pros: the chicken was tender, well seasoned. The beans, decent. And the people at the counter were pleasant.
Cons: i ordered for pickup through DoorDash. Pickup was a little awkward. Something about my name missing a letter when it printed. Eh, no big deal, except I was left to wait awkwardly at the counter. Stuff happens. And they were pleasant about it, eventually figured out it misspelled my name. I asked for utensils and condiments.
The woman told me that there should be some in the bag. I let her know this was my order I was picking up. She checked, and, sure enough it was missing. So she added the stuff to my order.
When I got home, it turned out the only condiment that I got was KETCHUP (ugh). No hot sauce? Eh, oh well. Could have been an off day. And they were nice, to be fair. "
