I got 16 16PC Chicken Nuggets with ranch and bbq a Whopper Jr. with Cheese no onion so many times I remove some or add something and it comes normal like I didn't change an my icee was barley starting to melt the French Fries were still like the perfect warm temp all the food was warm. I've traveled the UK extensively, and, quite literally have not tasted fish and chips as good as these outside of the UK (and it very easily rises to stand among the best of the UK Fish and Chips spots - easily)! "I order from this place many times, almost every other week or so, but recently the last 2 orders aren't as good as the quality went down. The sushi rice both times isn't as moist as before where some rolls break apart. I usually order the same rolls, and both recent times, the fish on top of the rolls are skimpy. The 10 piece nigiri chef mix I ordered today has 2 old pieces of tuna on top meaning they are brownish-grey (lost of color), and has a funky smell like they been sitting out too long and not kept cold on ice. I still ate parts that were kind of "red" because I was hungry. The other fish pieces were good. I don't know if you're starting to skimp and use old fish because business is losing money or you hired a new sushi chef that isn't good. I'm giving 4 stars now because hopefully you'll bounce back."
