This ended up being more a small pile of cheese, shredded beef, and a few refried beans. Far less of all these than usual and most definitely far fewer chips. (Chips? Of all things to scrimp on.)
As always the shredded beef was lean, flavorful and succulent. The salsa hot and tasty. And the quesadilla perfectly cheesy. But at the higher price and smaller quantities, not likely to remain a go-to selection for us."
