However, I've noticed that the packaging and handling could use some improvement. Every time I order, the bread is simply tossed into a paper bag without any additional protection, and then sent off with a dash driver. This can be a bit rough on the bread, and I've had instances where it's arrived slightly crushed or disheveled.

I'd love it if the bakery could consider using a more secure and sealed bag to protect the bread during transit. It would be a great touch if the bakery could take a few extra seconds to wrap the bread more carefully or use a bag that's designed for shipping baked goods. This small extra step would make a big difference in the overall experience. Despite this, I still love the bread and would like to continue ordering from Romeo and Juliet. "This was my first time trying Naf Nag Grill, but it won't be my last. I chose the grilled steak (upcharge) and chicken shawarma, a scoop of hummus, with all veggies except lettuce and a pita.
The smell was amazing before I even opened the lid. Everything looked fresh and tasted great. Out of the three sauces I chose (nafziki, tahini, and garlic), the nafziki is my favorite, with the tahini a close second. The garlic sauce was a bit thick for my liking, reminding me of mayonnaise consistency.
The plate was not very sturdy, and when I got my order, a lot of moisture had seeped into it. I only mention this bc the portion size will leave me with some leftovers that will need to be put in a new container. "
