Take my advice and order extra Au Jus to dip your fries in. You won't be disappointed. You could also thicken the Au Jus using flour/starch or whatever you're supposed to use. "I LOVVVE burnt foods. With that said, the brussel sprouts had no flavor. It may have been missing something as simple as salt. I just know *seasoning* did not make an appearance in that dish.
