"I usually LOVE Jack in the Box. Tonight the patty on my Jumbo Jack was burned & dry. The outside of the bun was really wet/soggy like it had been sitting in water. Both large orders of curly fries were room temperature (nowhere close to hot or even warm) & both texture & taste seemed like they were old or had been sitting out a long time. I had asked for ranch dressing with the order but there wasn't any in the bags with the delivery. When I picked up my large cup of Fanta orange, the lid wasn't on properly & I ended up dropping the entire drink & the cup broke in the process. It was a very unsatisfying $28 dinner."

I mean it's not just a little bit more Oreo than what's supposed to be in there. there's at least four or five ounces of Oreos in this little shake neither of us can drink them. and either they used chocolate ice cream for my Oreo blasters instead of the vanilla they're supposed to or that's literally how much Oreo they put in there that you can't tell that it's not supposed to be a chocolate. then I pay $9 for three chicken strips and a little bowl of grapes and you burn the chicken strips and have the audacity to send this to me. it cost me $23 for three chicken strips that were burnt to a crisp a little bowl of grapes and shakes that are so crammed with Oreo it makes you want to puke... I've been out of work for 6 months with a broke leg and I literally spent my last bit of money to buy this order and to tip my doordash driver. and this is the trash that they send me. the cook saw they were burnt and put them in there the server whose job to check it before they pack it up either did and packed it anyway or didn't bother and now I'm paying $22 for three burnt chicken tenders and undrinkable inedible shakes.
I've been a server for 20 years so I complain very rarely and I'll put up with a lot. but I think for the first time ever in my life I want my food recooked and I'd like my money back both..."

They ordered the Southwest Chicken Bowl, the Four-Cheese Mac & Cheese with Honey Pepper Chicken, a side of grilled shrimp, a salad, and a breadstick. They told me everything was absolutely delicious. The Southwest Chicken Bowl was fresh and flavorful, the mac & cheese was creamy and indulgent with perfectly cooked chicken, and the grilled shrimp was seasoned just right. Even the salad and breadstick were fresh and satisfying.

"I like their Bone In Wings (Full). They are simple and not over fried. I recently got the hot honey which is simple, thin and not too sweet, not too hot. I got the sauce on the side and when they arrived, I tossed them in the sauce and air fried them. They charred a bit which I liked, and they were juicy inside.
A full order is usually 12-14 wings. They are not crispy, again, I like it that way. You can crisp them in the air fryer if you want.
Only complaint is that usually when the food arrives, the tops on the sauces have popped off from the heat and have leaked.
I like that they line the takeaway container with aluminum foil. "

"Amazing pizza,but ask them to spread the Ingredients evenly versus dumping all in the center of the pizza and nothing around the edges. That is my only complaint. How you see on the menu picture is how it comes. They just need a little more care in the preparation of said pizza.
