"The Classic Breakfast Burrito was delicious! We added jalapeno salsa and sour cream to ours. Service was quick & food was hot. Definitely would order again. My only issue is that we did not get our side of Tater Tots but enjoyed the ones in the burritos."

"Idk which side the responsibility of making sure that pickups are not ridiculously long and disorganized comes down to. However, that is just what this order was at The Butcher's Daughter.
If you will offer an attractive promo like a $3 Surfer's Breakfast Burrito*, you may want to make sure that things will be organized from both Doordash and The Butcher's Daughter restaurant side.
The burrito itself was tasty and eggcelent, even after eating it a couple hours after pickup due to the long wait but also personal schedule conflicts."
"Crabcake Benedict is great taste aside from it being tiny and the arugula with seemingly no dressing. A simple olive oil and lemon would be great - feels like low effort and a waste of produce especially for the price. "

"Bacon & Cheese Set is so good! The eggs are fluffy and seasoned well. There's a lot of eggs. The orange juice is freshly squeezed. The Biscoff Latte had to grow on me but it is really good! Sriracha Aioli has a great flavor and it was packaged well. I would definitely order again!"
"The eggcelent burrito is always on point and so good! I was honestly skeptical about their coffee cause the strawberry matcha was amazing- but the biscoff latte is a must! Strong and slight sweet. I look forward to trying other drinks on the menu. First time ordering DoorDash but have been to the store in person and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend it!"

"Good flavor but out of the other taqueria/restaurant options out there, this place definitely has the smallest burrito. This would be fine if the price was more fair to match, but this Cucamonga Burrito is $18, a price higher than other places for a similar burrito. "The golden rule of DoorDash? Never order eggs or coffee since neither travel well. Or at least not until now.
The breve latte was the best Ive had in LA via DoorDash. Still hot and frothy and the coffee itself is rich and buttery - a fantastic full mouth feel, with no bitterness and a sweet aromatic aftertaste. Yum
Mushroom & Goat Cheese Omelette was also great. Huge dollops of creamy goat cheese and large sautéed mushrooms and somehow the eggs didnt get solid or too saggy - they remained firm.
The salad on the side was great, incredibly fresh spring greens, cucumers and tiny slices of radish. The dressing was delicious. You know when you can taste the fresh olive oil? The price might be higher for the food but the ingredients are fresh and delicious!
My mom enjoyed the Smoked Salmon Tartine - the dill aioli was a delightful addition"
"Seriously - a piece and a half of deli ham - on foccsci bread - good thing I got a baguette do I could make a proper sandwich ! And you charged me for long distance??? The shop is 4 blocks from my house. How disappointing. "

"I don’t usually rave about burgers, but Georges has completely ruined me for every other burger place. The value is unbelievable—the portions are enormous. I couldn’t even finish my burger because it was so big, which was a shame because it was, without question, the best burger I’ve ever had. Every bite was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor.
And the fries? Spectacular. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned just right.
This isn’t just a great burger-and-fries meal. It’s the kind of place that reminds you why food can be an experience. George’s takes classic comfort food and elevates it into something memorable. "Delicious sweet potato fries, loved the chips & salsa too. Hearty chicken Friedicken Sandwichich with the perfect breading! "
"Honestly, I really wanted to support this place because I think they have a really good thing going on. I like what they’re trying to do with organic food, and I understand that running a business is hard. That’s actually why I wanted to leave an honest review instead of just writing the place off.
The last time I ordered a meal, it came with two pancakes. There’s an option to substitute the regular pancakes for gluten-free pancakes for an extra charge, which I paid. When my order arrived, I got ONE gluten-free pancake instead of the two pancakes that came with the meal. Nothing anywhere said that if you choose gluten-free, you’re going to pay more and get less food. I honestly thought it was just a mistake.
Then there was the horchata coffee. The order gives you milk options, so I selected oat milk and was charged extra for it. Nobody told me that the horchata already comes made with whole milk. So I paid extra for a milk substitution that apparently wasn’t even possible. Again, I thought maybe it was just a misunderstanding.
So I decided to give them another chance and ordered again. This time, they actually called me and explained that the horchata already had whole milk in it and refunded me for the almond milk I selected. I will give them credit for that. They were nice enough to call, explain it, and refund the charge.
But then the rest of the order was a mess.
I ordered one pancake for myself and one for my coworker. They sent both pancakes stacked on top of each other in ONE box. No utensils. One syrup. The horchata latte came with NO STRAW.
And then one of the pancakes was burnt and tasted like straight skillet. It looked nothing like the pancake I received the last time. The other pancake had corn on it, which was a problem because my coworker has a slight corn allergy.
At this point, I’m honestly just sitting here looking crazy because I’m the one who recommended this place to my coworker.
I’m not writing this review because I think they’re a bad business or because I don’t appreciate what they’re trying to do. I actually think they have a really good concept, and I understand that things happen. But when you have multiple small issues happening across multiple orders, eventually it becomes frustrating for the customer.
The positive way I’m choosing to look at this is that these are things the business can actually look into and improve. Better communication about substitutions and ingredients, making sure portions match what’s advertised, checking orders before they go out, making sure utensils and condiments are included, and just paying a little more attention to consistency could make a huge difference.
I’ve tried to support this place because I genuinely like what they’re doing. Some of this review is definitely negative, but I’m hoping they take it as constructive criticism rather than an attack. I’d rather see them fix these things and succeed than see them lose customers over issues that are honestly pretty easy to address.
I wish them the best and hope they take some of this feedback into consideration, because I do think they have something good going here."

"Best Breakfast Burrito in LA!!! Always high quality, fresh and yummy!!! Love it"
"I've ordered the Chicken Pesto Sandwich from these guys a few times now, and I like it well enough, though I find it is a very small sandwich for the price they charge for it. It's tasty enough, though quite messy. The Mediterranean Chicken Wrap was pretty disappointing though - it was almost entirely chicken and lettuce, with a bare modicum of all the other ingredients mentioned in the description. I think I saw two pieces of tomato, a couple of millimeters across, and the same for onion and cucumber. It was quite dry and unenjoyable. Very disappointed. I don't think the food matches the prices very well, though it's not the worst in the world. Not sure I will order from them again. "

"I absolutely love Lazy Daisy especially the Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice and California Omelette! The food is so freshly made and tastes so delicious and healthy!! I love lazy Daisy sm! The brunch here is sooo good!!"
"I would definitely eat here again and the Iced Chai Latte was yummy, but I am deducting one star. I got the White Daisy Omelette Special and it could have used more seasoning. I added salt and spices at home. Also, the packaging isn't very durable. It's likely compostable so I love that, but it didn't hold up in delivery. It was soaked through to the bottom and the moment my fork gently made contact it punctured a hole. Otherwise, the ingredients are incredibly fresh and the portion sizes are a great price. I would eat here again, especially in person where I don't need a take-out box."

Rave Reviews
"The Matcha Latte and Lawless Croissant French Toast are always my go tos. The House Potatoes came with a large serving. I wish they were more crispy, but they had good flavor. The Two Eggs Your Way were okay just a bit cold, but not really the restaurant's fault. The Avocado (Side) was needed, very expensive for what looked like half of an avocado. Regardless, 5/5 very delicious!"
"Strangely, the best Huevos Rancheros on the Westside, hands down. Great salsas & & perfect mix of ingredients. And the Midnight Nachos are excellent too. I've spent a fortune ordering breakfast from here over a year... But it's been worth it."
