First, the not-so-good: the Duck Pappardelle was heavy, and it wasn't clear from the description that the Duck would be shredded and, unfortunately, overcooked. And the main line roll that was part of the Signature Sushi Platter was mealy and unappetizing. But everything else was absolutely spectacular. Kinda sweet, a tad spicy, and very garlicky.
