Got three sandwiches that were all quite sad --- no love put into them at all. I would have at least expected a nice dense high quality bread as you would expect for a place where the whole idea is centered around open-face sandwiches, but the "sour dough" seemed like it was a regular piece of sliced white bread and not even a decent loaf. My partner got something that had black beans on it and they tasted like they were poured directly out of the can and was accompanied by some brown, past-their-prime lime slices. Maybe it's my fault for choosing items that may not travel well for delivery, but I've gotten similar items elsewhere that were on par with the freshness you'd get in-person. I guess I don't get the point --- these didn't feel like open-face sandwiches as much as regular (uninspired) sandwiches missing the top half of the bread. They were still edible, but we'll cross this one off the list going forward.

Poached eggs were not fully cooked. Smoked salmon was grey on the ends. So disappointing!

The "Chili" they put on the Chili Cheese Dog is absolutely not Chili. All you get is a dry ground up meat that looks like someone chopped up some jerky in a food processor and called it Chili.
The hot dog, cheese, onions, mustard, and bun were good but the "chili" made it almost inedible and I threw it away after a couple bites.

Disappointed it wasn't chili it was just ground beef and cheese on a hotdog. Not what i wanted. Very misleading
