We ordered the menudo familar like we do every other Sunday and this time I was really disappointed. The bucket was 3/4 full, mostly juice little hominy and tripe. And it definitely was not freshly made today. 😕

Idk they changed the recipe. They used to have the best in Far East The last 3 times the sauce was very bitter. And the price went up! We used to get this twice a week it was so good but I'm not doing that anymore.

If you never tried Suadero!! don cuco has the best Suadero Paquete Don Cucoi.. suadero is a very hard meat to master and cucú is one of a few here in El Paso that's actually makes it good
