everything was so fresh, and I swear this is the only tims that knows how to pack doughnuts so the icing doesn't stick to the other doughnuts. coffee was fresh and actually stirred.

Hot drinks always filled an inch or more away from top. Ask for NOT toasted bagel and it's toasted(and burnt) everytime.

ordered a Turkey Bacon Club Sandwich, Croissant, Potato Wedges, and an ice Iced Capp®. the only think i got was an icecapp and potato wedges that are rock hard and taste like they've been sitting around all day. asked for a refund and got $3 from a $24 order and the only thing edible was the ice capp.
