We have eaten at the San Jose's in Clermont and it's clear this didn't come from that one. We paid extra for a large bag and we got a half filled bag . The cheese was old and instead of putting the chicken on the side it was poured inside of the cheese . The there wasn't a lot of chicken at that. I usually don't complain but I will never order DoorDash from this San Joses again I would rather drive to our local San Joses in Clermont because it's clear these two stores aren't ran the same. Poor quality and if I hadn't have had San Jose's before I would never buy again. But my husband and I have supported this business for years and we won't allow 1 poor experience ruin our loyalty. But I would definitely never order DoorDash from this particular store again.

The first time I ordered from this restaurant I ordered the same item and it was good enough that I ordered it a seconf time just to find that they bare put any carnitas on the plate. Extremely disappointed this time around.

Normally the food is fresh and tasty here so I got one of my usuals which is the taco supreme; the taco shells were stale as it was chewy when you bite into it and hard to chew. The quesadillas were good and so was the chips, salsa (a tad spicier than usual) and guacamole (which I learned my lesson about the size) that was ordered. Overall the food is good quality however today they were off.

The food was very tasty, but it wasn't packaged well for travel, and several items were missing. The Sampler Platter was delicious, but everything was thrown together into one giant pan---including lettuce, queso, sour cream, etc. It was a mess, albeit a yummy one, and the crispy items like nachos and Chimichanga were soggy already upon opening. Separating the wet stuff from the crunchy stuff is takeout 101, guys! But aside from that, it was really good and I hope to order it again.
