Everything was wonderful! The Bourbon street steak was cooked to perfection, although I thought that it came with mushrooms and onions, it was just the steak. I ordered a salad, tho, and made a little steak salad. The shrimp was very good, as well. The star is the flavored teas! We have tried watermelon and today, strawberry. They are worth every penny!

I cant remember what my partner ordered, but we split a 2 for $25 . I got the grilled chicken sandwich with Spanish rice.
I can't speak to the whole meal, but my food was excellent. The chicken was well cooked and flavorful, and the rice was very fresh. Normally, I worry about rice from a restaurant being hard or dry, but not here.
Otherwise, I want to say that I appreciate that Applebees gives 8 Mozzarella Sticks per serving instead of the industry standard of six. It doesn't seem like much , but two extra pieces of appetizer really made our day.
We can't eat out often, maybe once or twice a month lately, so when we do, it's really amazing to see a restaurant serving good portion sizes.
The only thing I remember of my partner's food is that they gave honey Mustard instead of ranch for 2 of the dipping sauces we ordered.
Overall, I give our order an 8.5 out of ten. better than expected, good portions sizes, and only one tiny mistake. We're happy to be return customers.

I ordered the ultimate trio with an extra side, Caesar salad, and a drink. The food tasted stale, and all but two cheese sticks had cheese inside. The wing sauce was unpleasant, and the riblets were very thin. There were no napkins or cutlery. The pear-flavored lemonades, Caesar soups and side salads, and the homestyle ranch were the only positives of this order. I understand Applebee's is a chain restaurant, and the owners might not prioritize individual customer care, but you'd expect better quality food for their prices. It seems I will not be eating good in the neighborhood this evening.

I ordered Nachos Chipotle Lime Chicken and Chicken Wonton Tacos. I don't go to Applebee's much and now I remember why. these were the saddest nachos I have ever had. hardly any cheese, very little chicken and only a cup of salsa, sour cream and Jalapenos. there wasn't any Cilantro, no queso blanco- just a few shreds of cheese and a small cup of chicken that sat at the very bottom of the container. If you're feeling like nachos, go to taco bell- theirs are 1000x better.
