I picked 4 different types of cookie to make up and a dozen but received all one type without so much as a, "hey we only have these, is that okay"... the cookies are good and fresh. Zero complaints there. I'll give'm another try, see how it goes.

Had two cookies, Oatmeal Raisin and m&m, and Blueberry muffins . Cookies were made with too much sugar, and tasteless. Muffins were dry and also tasteless.

Substituted without any communication. They switched muffins entirely and Didn't follow simple color preferences on the color cookies. Seems like they couldn't care less about delivery orders.
