The Seafood Paella (GF)(DF) was amazing and gets 5 stars! The Provincial Paella (Gf)(Df) arrived cold and gets 3 stars

The provincial paella was way too salty to be edible and the squid ink paella has absolutely no taste, what happened to this place ?

We received eggplant instead of mushrooms. Neither of iseat eggplant   The provincial  paella was mostly rice. Overall dissappointed.
