the hash rounds were not cooked fully and were caked full of grease, very soggy. the egg on the biscuit was overcooked. I also ordered a side of gravy and the gravy is almost empty. very disappointing.

This was FAR from light and fluffy. The edges were hard as rocks and the top was burnt and you could taste it.

I had tried the Double Hardee's Frisco a while ago and really enjoyed it. I had not had one in a while and ordered one, and for the second time, I received a single and not a double. My order was custom with certain condiments, and I don't understand how an order that undoubtedly pops up on screen could get messed up and then, at a later date, messed up again. Did someone decide I just needed a single instead?

The eggs tasted like the grill-not eggs The hash rounds were super greasy I only finished the gravy a biscuits. Do better Hardees.
