The food here is so fresh and so good! I got the Yuzu ramen and my gosh!! Explosion of flavor. Subtle lemon flavor that really comes through in this savory broth. The buns were so soft and just really tasty! Added this spot to my favorites QUICK!

The ramen had good flavor overall, but the noodles arrived quite clumped together, almost like a solid mass. Even after adding the broth (which was packaged separately), they didn’t fully separate. This affected the texture and made it a bit harder to enjoy the dish. I hope this can be improved, as the rest of the meal showed potential.

Been here plenty of times, usually an awesome spot but today the flavor of the broth was horrible. Like water. Not sure if this is just a today thing, but they might just be inconsistent. Either way, terrible.
