We seem to occasionally have trouble with this location. With this particular order , they didn't include straws or sauces for the nuggets and the fries were severely undercooked so much that we had to put them in our air-fryer for a few minutes to fully cook them. The burgers were put together like they were shot out of a cannon. 
Being an employee there for a number of years in my youth , I know what kind of haphazard care was put into this order. 

I will definitely be spending the extra buck or two to order from a further location in the future.

Everytime I order at this location they always mess up my order and it is always take so long to prepare the food dasher needed to wait for a long time

Worst McDonalds in Richmond, I ordered a meal with Medium Fries. Fries are not fresh as well as its organge in colour. Hard to eat fries and chicken patty was not fresh, smells so bad...

Will definitely but this set again. Valuable! But the only thing is missing the condiments. No ketchup is not acceptable.
